Peter has had many years of experience in the banking and finance industry, occupying a number of senior positions in both the regulatory and commercial banking sectors. He was employed by the reserve bank of Australia for over 20 years prior to joining the Commonwealth Bank where he worked for over 13 years. On his "retirement" from the banking sector he occupied the position of Executive manager for regulatory affairs.

Peter joined Elliot Tuthill in November 2007. He is the mortgage manager of the Elliot Tuthill mortgage fund and a director of Elliot Tuthill Mortgages Ltd. Peter is a sef confessed "sports tragic" with particular interest in road cycling and snow skiing. His non-active interests include lead lighting and reading.
