Madeleine commenced employment with us as a legal secretary, during which time she studied a law degree.

Madeleine was admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Legal Studies in 1993 and obtained a further degree of Master of Laws in Financial Services in 2002. In October 2004, she became an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law.

Madeleine was an employed solicitor at Elliot Tuthill from July 1994 until March 2004 when she became a partner of the firm.

Madeleine predominantly practises in Estate Law, Family Law and Commercial Litigation.

Madeleine is an avid cricket and rugby fan and has a keen interest in Formula 1 racing and GP Motocross. She has been fortunate enough to become a proficient snow skier and a sub-standard snowboarder.
