David commenced working with Elliot Tuthill in 1976 where his first duties were collecting the mail, filing papers and taking out the rubbish.

In 1981, David was admitted as a solicitor by the Supreme Court of NSW and has worked as a solicitor since that time with Elliot Tuthill. David's main area of work is in the property field including commercial and residential conveyancing, leases and mortgages. David can also assist you with the purchase and sale of businesses as well as general legal work.

Away from the office, David plays soccer and golf, goes to the gym and runs a couple of times a week. He also has a keen interest in rugby, most other sports, music and movies.
