Bruce was admitted to practise in 1978. He is an accredited specialist in family law, an accredited specialist in advocacy and a public notary.

Although Bruce has practised mainly in family law and criminal law, he has extensive experience in wills, probate, conveyancing and commercial matters as well as general litigation.

Bruce's interests include travelling, reading, music, rugby and theatre. He plays tennis and surfs with more optimism than skill.
